The TRANSIT think tank has been focusing on the topic of flexibilisation for more than a year. Together with experts, we have produced the third trend report. As a conclusion to the topic, the TRANSIT think tank publicly invited to the salon “Flexibilisation: Perspectives for Adult Learning”. The event took place on 7 March 2023 at the Wirtschaft zum Transit in Zurich.
13.06.22 Explorit, Yverdon-les-Bains On 13 June 2022, the TRANSIT interdisciplinary community met in the new Explorit building in Yverdon-les-Bains to reflect on the future of adult education after the pause caused by the pandemic. The transition from stressful everyday life to creative thinking was facilitated by the new TRANSIT card game “Questions for the Future” (which will be available in the SVEB Shop from about mid-June). Theme of the year: flexibilisation The main theme of this year’s TRANSIT event was flexibilisation. This theme was chosen as a priority for 2022 by the TRANSIT community in a broad survey. The TRANSIT team has produced a working paper which outlines the processes of flexibilisation in three areas – life projects, new work and sources of knowledge – and which serves as a basis for this year’s TRANSIT events in all language regions. The working paper outlines social trends. The aim of the TRANSIT events is to understand or anticipate what they mean for the future of continuing education. On 19 May 2022, the interdisciplinary TRANSIT community met at the Photobastei in Zurich to finally think together again about the future of adult education after the pandemic-related break. The transition from stressful everyday life to creative visioning was facilitated by the new TRANSIT card set “Future Questions” (which, by the way, can be obtained from the SVEB from around mid-June).
Am 19. Mai 2022 traf sich die interdisziplinäre TRANSIT Community in der Photobastei in Zürich, um nach der pandemiebedingten Pause endlich wieder gemeinsam über die Zukunft der Weiterbildung nachzudenken. Den Umstieg vom stressigen Alltag ins kreative Visionieren erleichterte das neue TRANSIT-Kartenset «Zukunftsfragen» (das übrigens ab ca. Mitte Juni beim SVEB bezogen werden kann).
