The concept of heterotopia

With the concept of heterotopia, the French philosopher Michel Foucault has proposed a way out of imprisonment in power structures. In heterotopic thinking, Foucault recognizes a possibility of making changes in existing conditions oneself.
In the TRANSIT Salon of January 2020, Ulla Klingovsky, Professor of Adult Education, explained how heterotopias are to be thought and how heterotopias are best imagined by means of a mirror.
